A good mix of mother and father, Andrea is also a real grafter! We owe a lot to his hard work. He’s in the kitchen early every morning and if he’s not there he’s in the vineyard or chopping logs in the woods. He prepares the dishes served in the dining room, from the delicious tarts and cakes at breakfast to the steaming soups much appreciated at dinnertime. A great guy, down-to-earth, honest, popular and generous. He is actively involved in all village activities, be they for promoting tourism, sports or the church. Andrea represents the spirit of a time long gone by.
