Known as “the boss”, Grandpa Augusto (since 1995 when our son Jacopo was born) sits at the top of our family pyramid. After having successfully built up the restaurant he left the management to his son and daughter and now spends his time cultivating his vineyards and market garden, producing an excellent “Ormeasco” local wine and fresh, genuine, fruit and vegetables from the family allotment.This strong and determined man, proud and independent in his role, often surprises us with generous gestures that come from a big heart, often hidden behind a rough exterior.
