Creating a wine list is a deeply personal process. Every bottle you'll find here has been chosen for its unique character.
We begin with our beloved Liguria: from the Ponente, with its light-bodied reds and mineral whites, to the Levante, where the strong Tuscan influence produces harmonious reds and pleasantly fruity whites. From there, we move to Piedmont, one of the most renowned wine regions in the world. This land of diverse localities, each with its own story, offers treasures from places like Dogliani, Verduno, and Nizza Monferrato – small-scale producers whose labels reveal the essence of their territory through a unique perspective.
Our selection continues with iconic bottles from the rolling hills of Tuscany, some from the underestimated Oltrepò Pavese, and a range from Veneto and Friuli, regions naturally suited to producing excellent wines. A particularly exciting addition this year is the Fiorano winery, based in Le Marche, one of the most celebrated producers of recent years.
For those with a sweeter palate, we offer a variety of dessert wines: passiti, fortified, and botrytized wines that pair perfectly with our desserts. To finish your meal, we suggest exploring our range of spirits. Indulge in the authenticity of an aged grappa, the sophistication of Brandy and Cognac, or, for enthusiasts, a Single Malt Whisky or an Agricole Rum.
